Pack your bags and experience the world beyond traditional tourism with District 7570’s Rotary Friendship Exchange adventures in 2027! Whether you are drawn to the coastal culture and sunshine of San Diego, California (February 2027; ~8 days) or the ancient wonders, vibrant markets, and Aegean beauty of Western Türkiye (April 2027; ~12 days), these journeys offer an extraordinary way to travel by staying in the homes of local Rotarians, sharing meals, and creating lifelong international friendships. Both exchanges feature small, dynamic teams led by experienced D7570 travelers, offering an intimate, authentic local perspective while keeping accommodation costs low. And we’d love to have you join us! Space on both teams is limited, and applications are being accepted now. What is Friendship Exchange?
On a Rotary Friendship Exchange, you’re never just a tourist. You get to genuinely experience another culture, guided by friends in Rotary. Exchange participants take turns hosting one another in their homes and clubs, forging friendships that last a lifetime.
Participants may travel as individuals, couples, families, or groups, and may be Rotary members or not. All exchanges are funded by the participants and hosts are not expected to assume a significant financial burden. Visitors are rewarded with warm hospitality and an international travel experience unlike any other.
